Private Credit Solution

Nitinol Capital offers Institutional Investors with access to the private credit market through a dedicated business called NitEnso.

NitEnso was founded in 2022 with the purpose of enabling institutional investors to access a range of private credit funds, allowing them to invest in a vertical slice of existing portfolios. This not only facilitates an immediate return but also minimizes cash drag while constructing portfolios.

We select only those managers with exceptional track records who have passed a stringent due diligence process. Our continuous monitoring of manager performance and ongoing engagement with these managers ensures that investor funds are managed prudently. NitEnso is owned and managed by Nitinol and Enso Equity, a private equity family office company.

As a STRATE agent and issuer, NitEnso enables Institutional investors who would generally be restricted by mandate or regulatory limitations to access private credit opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable to them.

NitEnso has built up a comprehensive understanding of the local and global private credit markets and has established key relationships with the relevant players in these markets.

In order to access private credit opportunities, structured instruments can be created where cashflows can be settled through STRATE. The instrument may be listed on an exchange or issued by a bank to comply with Regulation 28 and meet specific mandate requirements.
